Way of Flowers + KairOS
Physical flower art with NFC chips. Scan to verify ownership on blockchain.
The Project
Way of Flowers + KairOS represents a groundbreaking fusion of traditional art forms with cutting-edge technology. This project bridges the gap between physical and digital art experiences, allowing collectors to own and interact with artwork in both tangible and virtual spaces.
The core concept revolves around limited-edition flower artworks that come embedded with proprietary NFC chips. When scanned with a smartphone, these chips unlock exclusive digital experiences, including augmented reality visualizations, blockchain-verified ownership certificates, and access to a private collector community.
Each piece tells a story of growth, transformation, and the delicate balance between nature and technology—reminding us that true innovation respects and enhances the beauty of the natural world.

Tech Stack
What I Did
Their solution was using a lot of AI-generated code. It worked, but it was messy and hard to maintain.
Cleaned up AI code: Refactored AI-generated code to be maintainable. Added proper error handling. Made it readable.
Set coding standards: Wrote guidelines for the team. Consistent file structure, naming conventions, component patterns.
Code reviews: Caught bugs before production. Suggested better architecture where needed.
Documentation: Documented the system so the team could maintain it themselves.
Timeline
The Challenges
- Making AI-generated code production-ready
- Getting team to follow consistent patterns
- Balancing speed with code quality
- Teaching team to maintain it long-term
